The Chocolate Chip Cookie Overnight Oats make chocolate hearts beat faster at breakfast. And without a bad conscience, because with MamiGut chocolate, fresh fruit and oat flakes you start the day healthy and optimally supplied!
For the chocolate oats you need:
1 spoon (32g) MamiGut chocolate,
30g oat flakes,
100ml milk (alternatively also oat milk, almond milk, etc.),
100g Greek yoghurt,
15g chopped dark chocolate,
60g raspberries (fresh or frozen),
coconut flakes for the garnish
Preparation:
Put the oatmeal in a small bowl, pour hot water over it (just enough so that it absorbs it right away) and let it soak briefly. Meanwhile, mix the MamiGut chocolate well with the milk and yoghurt. Add the soaked oatmeal and stir. Fold in the chocolate and raspberries (set aside some chocolate and raspberries for the topping!).
Place the oats in the fridge overnight. Stir again in the morning.
